Description:
A Bookful of Hope is seeking Volunteer
Program Managers to help oversee key initiatives and support the coordination
of volunteers and programs. This leadership role helps ensure that projects,
volunteer teams, and program activities are aligned with the mission of
providing financial education, bookkeeping training, and career development
opportunities.
The Program Managers work closely with leadership to support planning, coordination, and implementation of programs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple volunteer teams or program areas
- Coordinate project timelines and program activities
- Monitor progress and help ensure goals are achieved
- Support volunteer leaders and team coordination
- Help improve systems, processes, and communication
- Provide updates on program outcomes and impact
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with project management or program coordination preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- Interest in education, workforce development, or nonprofit initiatives
