Description:
A Bookful of Hope is seeking motivated Volunteer Team Leaders to help guide and
support volunteer teams working in areas such as outreach, fundraising, grant
research, marketing, and operations. Team Leaders help ensure volunteers remain
engaged, organized, and aligned with the organization’s mission of empowering
individuals through financial education and career development.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading teams, coordinating projects, and supporting mission-driven work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a small team of volunteers
- Assign and track tasks within the team
- Support communication between volunteers and program leadership
- Encourage engagement and collaboration among team members
- Help identify opportunities to improve team processes
- Provide regular updates on team progress
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Leadership or project coordination experience preferred
- Ability to motivate and support volunteers
- Interest in nonprofit work and community impact
