Description:
A Bookful of Hope is seeking relationship-focused Donor Relations &
Sponsorship Volunteers to help build and maintain meaningful connections with
donors, sponsors, and community partners. This role is essential to sustaining
and growing our mission through strong, long-term support.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Assist with outreach emails and sponsorship requests
- Help distribute sponsorship packets and materials
- Maintain a donor and sponsor tracking system
- Send thank-you messages and follow-ups to supporters
- Support relationship-building efforts with existing donors
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-up
