A Bookful of Hope is seeking dedicated Apprenticeship & Job Placement
Coordinators to help connect students with real-world opportunities that
support career growth in bookkeeping and financial services. This role focuses
on building relationships with small businesses, nonprofits, and community
partners who may offer apprenticeship or entry-level opportunities.
The coordinators help bridge the gap between education and employment by supporting students as they transition from learning to professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to businesses that may host apprenticeships or entry-level opportunities
- Build relationships with local employers and community partners
- Help match students with appropriate apprenticeship or job opportunities
- Track student placements and outcomes
- Support communication between students and host organizations
- Assist with developing new partnership opportunities
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Interest in workforce development and career placement
- Organized and comfortable tracking opportunities and outcomes
- Ability to build professional relationships with community partners
