Description:
A Bookful of Hope is seeking experienced and community-minded volunteers to
serve as members of a Volunteer Interview Panel. Panel members help evaluate
prospective students and volunteers to ensure they are prepared to benefit from
and contribute to the mission of the organization.
This role helps maintain the quality, commitment, and alignment of individuals participating in our bookkeeping education and career development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in virtual interview panels for prospective students or volunteers
- Ask structured questions to learn about applicants’ goals and motivations
- Provide feedback on candidate readiness and program fit
- Help maintain a fair and supportive interview process
- Represent the mission and values of A Bookful of Hope during interviews
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate applicants objectively and respectfully
- Interest in education, workforce development, or nonprofit service
- Professional or leadership experience is helpful but not required
