Description:
A Bookful of Hope is seeking dedicated Student Retention & Outreach
Volunteers to help support students throughout their educational journey. This
role focuses on encouraging student engagement, maintaining communication with
participants, and helping ensure students remain motivated as they progress
through the bookkeeping and financial education curriculum.
The volunteers will help strengthen connections between the organization and students while supporting efforts to improve program completion and student success.
Responsibilities:
- Check in with students to encourage participation and progress
- Assist with outreach to inactive or prospective students
- Help share program updates, reminders, and resources
- Track student engagement and participation
- Support communication between students and program instructors
- Help identify ways to improve student retention and engagement
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Supportive and encouraging personality
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in education, mentorship, or student support
