Description:
A Bookful of Hope is seeking organized and creative Event Planning Volunteers
to help coordinate events that support our mission of providing financial
education, bookkeeping training, and career development opportunities.
Events may include informational sessions, community outreach events, fundraising activities, workshops, and volunteer engagement gatherings. This role helps bring people together to support education, opportunity, and community impact.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and coordinating events and workshops
- Help develop event timelines and task lists
- Coordinate with volunteers, speakers, or community partners
- Assist with promoting events through outreach and social media
- Support logistics such as registration, materials, and follow-up
- Help track attendance and gather feedback after events
