Description:
A Bookful of Hope is seeking Systems & Automation Volunteers to help
improve the organization’s efficiency by building and maintaining simple
systems, workflows, and automations. This role helps streamline tasks such as
volunteer coordination, outreach tracking, and program management so the
organization can focus more time on its mission.
The volunteers will help design practical tools that support daily operations and improve communication across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Help create and organize digital systems for program and volunteer management
- Develop simple automations for tasks such as email communication and data tracking
- Assist with organizing shared documents and workflow processes
- Help maintain spreadsheets or databases used for tracking programs and outreach
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better systems
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital tools such as spreadsheets, databases, or workflow software
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ability to simplify complex tasks through clear systems
